Kimberly Watford serves as the Director of Operations at Ohm Law Firm’s Okeechobee office, bringing over 13 years of business operations experience, office management expertise, and a passion for all things real estate to the firm.
Having studied English at Florida Gulf Coast University, Kimberly combines strong communication skills with an extensive background in business administration, client relations, and operational management. She oversees daily office operations, client communications, advertising, and social media marketing.
With a strong focus on real estate transactions, Kimberly plays an integral role in managing and processing real estate files, coordinating transaction documentation, preparing lender, title, and closing packages, and assisting with the documentation necessary to facilitate smooth and efficient real estate closings.
As a commissioned Florida Notary Public with Remote Online Notarization (RON) certification, Kimberly continues to expand her professional knowledge and is currently pursuing her Florida real estate license.
